Drilling, Casing & Tubing Pipes

Drilling, Casing and Tubing Pipes, essential for extracting Petroleum, Natural Gas, Hot Water, and Steam from underground reserves, are manufactured in compliance with API standards. These high-quality pipes, crafted using the finest materials and state-of-the-art techniques, are durable for extended underground use in various energy production sectors.

TYPES OF OCTG DRILLING PIPES:

CASING, API 5CT/ ISO 11960
Casing pipes, large in scale, are installed in newly drilled wells and typically cemented into place. The benefits of this cementing process include:

- Protecting freshwater sources from contamination.
- Preventing the collapse of large voids or unstable top formations, safeguarding the drilling system.
- Strengthening the top formation to enable the use of high-intensity drilling fluids for deeper drilling.
- Isolating different pressure and fluid zones in secured structures.
- Mitigating explosion risks by sealing and isolating high-pressure areas.
- Avoiding fluid loss and contamination in production zones.
- Providing a conduit for installing production equipment.

TUBING, API 5CT/ ISO 11960
Tubing pipes form a conduit for transporting Petroleum, Natural Gas, or Hot Water from underground to surface processing facilities. Key considerations for tubing include:

- Strength to withstand loads and deformations during production.
- Sufficient size to optimize Petroleum and Gas output, impacting both economics and pipe system costs, as the pipe scale influences shell design.

DRILL PIPES, API 5DP
Drill Pipes, lighter and more robust than casing and tubing, are integral to the drilling process. Attached to the top driver or Kelly, they rotate to drill underground, using bits at the front end. Each segment, known as a connection, is screwed together to form the drill string, which is then inserted into the hole. Drill Pipes, along with Casing and Tubing, are categorized based on Diameter, Steel Quality, Weight, and Length, chosen according to well depth, hole size, and well characteristics.

CASING ACCESSORIES
These components are designed to complement casing systems, with common accessories including Guide and Float Shoes, Float Collars, Centralizers, and Cement Baskets. Additional enhancements may comprise advanced cementing collars and specialized equipment to ensure secure casing attachment and effective cement placement.
